Founded in 2006 by Dr Sirous Zeinali, Kawsar Biotechnology Company (KBC) is a knowledge-based company focusing on the manufacturing of biological products, specialised genetic and genomic services and national technology transfer.
The major advances and breakthroughs made in the field of biotechnology in recent years have sparked a national interest in this technology and its implications. This, in turn, has led to a growing demand for materials and products related to this field for research purposes, which we are at the forefront of developing and manufacturing. By relying on our researchers, specialists and industry experts and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, we strive to provide our customers with the best biotechnology and genetic and genomic services, not only in the country but also in the entire region.
Our company’s core strength lies in our focused and accelerated design and development process of newer products and their eventual presentation to the scientific community, caused by Iran’s current push towards self-sufficiency, and providing specialised services and training (both domestically and abroad) and exclusive international licensing and distribution agreements with foreign companies to import essential resources required by research, diagnostic or production centres.
